My work is rooted in the rich tradition of American Folk Art.  By intentionally setting aside traditional perspective and academic shadows, and using brilliant color I create vibrant magical storybook worlds where community, nature, and whimsical narratives take center stage.  Every painting contains several hidden, simultaneous stories - I invite you to lean in, slow down, and find them.
